RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you are happy with your order. If for whatever reason, you are not, we accept returns for items purchased online within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods. Please contact us at info@ereathens.com and we will provide instructions about your return. The following return policy applies to products bought online only.

All items must be returned in their original condition. That is undamaged, unused, and unworn, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Upon receipt of your return item, we will inspect it and confirm your refund via email. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible right after.

All refunds will be made through the payment method you used for the order in question. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. 

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the goods returned do not meet our requirements.

Lastly, you can return online orders physically in our store in Athens, provided they meet the aforementioned requirements.

NOTE: All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. Please be advised that items purchased on sale (online or at our physical store) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. 

RETURN COSTS

Any shipping charges that may occur when returning the goods are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure the return item is shipped using a trackable service, as ERE is not responsible for damaged or lost items during return transit.

Please note, that the original shipping cost, additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by ERE.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please email info@ereathens.com within 48 hours of delivery to inform us of any damages or omissions. Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, or it is missing, or it is in any way incorrect, ERE will provide you with a full replacement or refund. We will also cover any shipping cost linked to such a return.

We may require photos and a description of the faulty items. Also, we may decline to replace or refund damaged or missing items should you fail to inform us within 48 hours of delivery.  

EXCHANGES

It is currently not possible to exchange products that are bought online. If you prefer another product, please return the item for a refund and place a new separate order. 

We only offer exchanges on items purchased at our physical store in Athens.
